After another 30 mins the same lady that was nice before showed up looking mad pissed and I explained that they had given me a wrong order and was about to take the box from her when she glared at me at snapped, “do you have the wings?!” I didn’t understand at first and said yes I had an order of wings. The owner was understanding about it after we explained the situation and he said that we could keep the wings and he would pay for the delivery and get us a new order. My fiancé then said it was not my mistake so they should compensate for it and we asked to talk to the owner. I asked my fiancé to call her as I was scared to talk to her given how rudely she responded to me. After 10 mins she left me a voicemail asking to call back. I said again, “hello?” She said well she would have to talk to the boss and call me back and I said sure. I said well that is not my mistake, I did say sauce on the side. First she said I never said that, then she went on to say she didn’t hear it. She said they could make us another order but I would have to pay delivery fee. I called them to let them know that I asked for the sauce on the side. When I opened the box, I saw that they tossed my wings and it was now drenched with hot sauce and I couldn’t eat that as it was so strong I was choking from the smell of it. The delivery lady was nice and gave me the food and I told her to keep the change. I had to call back to ask her how much my total was. the lady that took my order was pretty much rushing the whole thing and she hung up before repeating the order or letting me know the total when I said I would pay cash on delivery, leaving me clueless as to how much I would owe them. Today I called them to place an order for delivery, I ordered large onion rings and 10 chicken wings with hot sauce on the side. Snappy has been our go to place for wings and late night food for a while until now.
